Accessible Seating for Guests with Disabilities
The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) strives to provide wheelchair and companion seating to our patrons with disabilities. Accessible seating is available in the Clubhouse and Grandstand.
Gifting or reselling of seats to an individual who does not require a wheelchair accommodation will require that the user visit the NYRA Box Office prior to the race date to exchange their ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to communicate this policy to the ticket user. NYRA may exchange wheelchair accessible tickets for more appropriate seat locations, subject to availability. Orders are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to availability. NYRA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
ATMs
ATMs are located on the first, second, and third floors of the Clubhouse.
FIRST AID
Emergency medical personnel and ambulances are at Aqueduct Racetrack each racing day. There is a first aid facility located in the basement.
Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are located at various locations throughout the grounds and designated medical personnel have been trained and certified to use them. Guests in need of medical assistance should notify Security Personnel and go to the nearest first-aid station. Roving medical personnel are also available throughout the facility.
PARKING/DROP-OFF
All NYRA lots have Accessible parking spaces available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Wheelchair accessible courtesy bus service is available. All parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis after the parking lot opens for our guests. All spaces pay appropriate fees.
REST ROOMS
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities.
SERVICE ANIMALS
While pets are not allowed in Aqueduct Racetrack, NYRA welcomes guests with disabilities who have a service animal. Patrons may contact Guest Services if any special assistance is needed.
