FOR FILLIES AND MARES FOUR YEARS OLD AND UPWARD WHICH HAVE STARTED FOR A CLAIMING PRICE OF $16,000 OR LESS IN 2016-17. By subscription of $50 which should accompany the nomination; $75 to pass the entry box and an additional $75 to start. The purse to be divided 60% to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth, 3% to fifth and 2% divided equally amongst the remaining finishers. Weight 124 lbs. Non-winners of a race other than maiden, claiming or starter at a mile or over in 2016-1 7 allowed 3 lbs.; of two races at a mile or over since September 1, 2016 allowed 5 lbs.; of such a race since than allowed 8 lbs.
