The ground floor of the 1863 Club features The Rail, a spacious buffet restaurant seating up to 500 guests. Enjoy the climate-controlled interior or a front-row view from the trackside apron. The space offers close proximity to the horse path, excellent sight lines, private restrooms, and betting terminals.
Brunch at The Rail
Every Sunday at The Rail includes a special brunch with a buffet, soft drinks, admission, program, tax, and gratuity.
Chandon Garden Spritz Rail Birds Trackside Seating and Apron Lounges
Calling all rail birds: Parties of six can reserve an outside table adjacent to the horse path from the paddock to the track. Chandon Garden Spritz Rail Birds seats include access to The Rail's buffet.
Chandon Garden Spritz Lounges accommodate four to eight guests, offering access to the buffet and dedicated drink service. Each lounge includes one complimentary bottle of Chandon Garden Spritz. Lounges #1 and #2, seating six and eight guests respectively, also include an additional complimentary bottle of Moët.
Dress Code
Jackets and blazers are optional. Appropriate attire includes vests, collared shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, dress jeans, dress shorts, and slacks.
Cargo shorts, t-shirts, halter tops, midriff tops, athletic wear, frayed or torn denim, and flip-flops are not permitted. The dress code does not apply to children under 12.

Located on the second floor of the 1863 Club, the Founders Room offers an elevated experience with fresh, seasonal cuisine, distinguished cocktails, and stunning track views from the private balcony. Enjoy a climate-controlled environment with accessible TVs and betting terminals. The space can expand to cover the entire second floor when Legends Hall is not reserved.
Happy Hour
Access Saratoga’s exclusive hospitality area every Friday-Sunday* from 4:00pm until the final post. Enjoy rotating food and drink specials and watch the week’s top races from the Founders Room’s private balcony!
Dress Code
Gentlemen - Collared shirts required; suit or sport jacket on weekends. No shorts, jeans or abbreviated wear.
Ladies - Dresses, pantsuits, or pants and blouse required. No shorts, jeans, or abbreviated wear.

Legends Hall features a dedicated event space for up to 70 guests. Enjoy a suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and a walkout balcony overlooking the racetrack. The climate-controlled space includes ample televisions and private betting terminals.
