Race 10

In the 10^th race at Saratoga on 07/14/2024 there was a Steward’s inquiry as well as a jockey’s objection. The incident occurred during the stretch run and involved the winner #8 Barnstorming and the second-place finisher #7 Write Off Jerry. After reviewing the replay and questioning the riders involved, the Stewards were of the opinion that #8 Barnstorming was allowed to drift out intimidating and making contact and with the #7 Write Off Jerry forcing him off his running line. As a result, #8 Barnstorming was disqualified from 1^st place and placed 2^nd behind #7 Write Off Jerry.
