Stewards inquiry into the start of the 4^th race # 1 Summer Punch (John Velazquez) refuses to leave the gate then is pulled up right after leaving while the rest of the horses were already a 1/16 of a mile ahead of her. After reviewing the video and speaking to the rider involved the race is official as is.

The order of finish is 3-8-6-4.
