Race 5

In the 5th race at Saratoga on 08/23/2024 there was a Steward’s inquiry involving the winner, #7 Future Is Now, and the second-place finisher, #3 Star Guest. The incident occurred at the top of the stretch. After reviewing the replay and questioning the riders involved, The Stewards determined that #3 Star Guest angles in at the top of the stretch making contact #7 Future Is Now knocking her off balance for several strides. #7 Future is Now recovers and finishes ahead of #3 Star Guest. As a result, the Stewards made no change to the order of finish. The order of finish is 7-3-4-2.
