ATMs are located on the first floor of the Grandstand, and on the second and fourth floors of the Clubhouse.
If racing is cancelled, for any reason, after five (5) races have been run there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.

Mutuel tickets may be cashed by mail. Please send the ticket along with your name and address via Certified or Registered Mail. Please make a copy of the tickets for your records and allow 60 days for a reply. Do not staple or place tape on the tickets. Mail to: NYRA, Attn: Mutuel Department, P.O. Box 90, Jamaica, NY 11417.
Large coolers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into Belmont Park, with the exception of the reserved Top of the Stretch picnic sections. Coolers larger than 12”x6”x12” are permitted for Top of the Stretch ticket holders only. Top of the Stretch ticket holders with large coolers must enter the park via the Grandstand West entrance, adjacent to the Top of the Stretch sections. Glass containers are prohibited. Coolers may contain plastic bottles or cans, and are subject to search by NYRA Security. Belmont Stakes Day and enhanced banned and permitted items can be found on BelmontStakes.com.

The Garden Terrace will be open on select race days only, including Mother's Day.
The Belmont Café is open daily, and additional food & beverage options are available on the ground floor of the Grandstand.

Any patron placing bets, purchasing or redeeming vouchers, or making card or account cash deposits or withdrawals that exceed $10,000 in a 24-hour period is required by federal law to complete a Currency Report. These are reportable cash transactions requiring that the identity of the patron be filed with the IRS. By federal law NYRA is required to obtain identification from customers purchasing or redeeming vouchers and/or making cash deposits or withdrawals on NYRA Cash Cards when the relevant dollar amount totals $3,000 or more in a business day.

Any winning wager or group of identical wagers (same track, race, pool and winning numbers) whose individual odds are 300-1 or greater and whose winning dollar value either individually or when added together is between $600 and $5,000 (minus the amount of the individual winning wager(s)) is subject to IRS reporting requirements to be completed on form W2-G.
Any winning wager or group of identical wagers whose individual odds are 300-1 or greater and whose winning dollar value either individually or added together exceeds $5,000 (minus the amount of the individual winning wager(s)) is subject to an IRS withholding tax at the rate of 24 percent.
Windows designated for IRS winning tickets are on all floors. Patrons must present a picture ID (driver's license or non-driver's state ID, federal, state, or city ID, passport, or NYRA ID). A second form of identification showing the patron's social security number must also be presented.

In accordance with legislation, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Belmont building. Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas except the box seat area. For everyone's convenience and comfort, we ask for your cooperation.

Watch the horses being saddled before the race in our beautiful paddock! Located in the backyard, the paddock is accessible from both the Clubhouse and Grandstand.
Parking fees will be at the discretion of management throughout the racing season and must be paid via credit card. Handicapped parking is available near the Clubhouse and Grandstand. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis after the official opening of the parking gates. Courtesy shuttle bus service is available on select racing days. Valet parking will only be available on select race days.

We offer a varied assortment of handicapping tools. The official Belmont Post Parade Magazine and simulcast programs are available on the ground floor at each admission entrance. Also, there is a newsstand that offers the Daily Racing Form, New York daily newspapers, the Blood-Horse, American Turf Monthly, and handicapping tip sheets.
Located on the first floor Grandstand in the Belmont Café area, as well as on the second floor of the Clubhouse and Grandstand, a video library of NYRA and simulcast tracks is available via a touchscreen display.
