After reviewing the video and speaking to the riders involved the claim of foul is disallowed and the race is official as is. The order of finish is 8-5-2-10.

With regard to interference, New York is a “Category 2” state, meaning that Commission rules provide that if the interferer is guilty of causing interference and such interference in the judgment of the Stewards has altered the finish of the race, then the interferer is placed behind the offended horse.

The Stewards consider whether the riders of the horse or horses that are offended continue to give effort to the finish of the race.

Stewards inquiry in the vicinity of 1/16 pole concerning #8 New Pass(Luis Saez) who suffered a fatal musculo- skeletal injury. After reviewing the race video the race is official as is.  #8 New Pass was alone at the time of the injury.

The order of finish is 6.10.7.3.

Stewards inquiry into the start of #8 Tequila Sunday(Manuel Franco)  who leaves the gate before the signal of the starter.   After breaking through the starting gate doors prior  to the official start, #8 ducks in sharply making contact horses that left later with the official start.  Initial contact was with #7 Consubstantial (L. Reyes) that causes a chain reaction with the inside horses, #’s 6, 5, and 4.  After reviewing the video and speaking to the rider involved the #8 Tequila Sunday is  unplaced in the order of finish and  wagers refunded. The new order of finish 3.4.2.7
