Entry

All fans in attendance may be subject to an enhanced security screening.

Bags/Coolers

All bags are subject to search. Coolers larger than 12" x 6" will not be permitted inside the building. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Attire

Elegant attire has long been a tradition at Aqueduct! Ladies & Gentlemen who honor this tradition are always appreciated. People 12 years and over must abide by the dress code.

Paddock & Winner’s Circle

No shorts or abbreviated wear permitted.
Gentlemen: collared shirts required. 

Box Seats

Gentlemen: Collared shirts required. Jackets are not required but are strongly encouraged.

Ladies: Suits, dresses, pant suits.
No shorts or abbreviated wear permitted at any time.

Clubhouse (General)

Proper attire at management’s discretion.
No cut-offs or abbreviated wear permitted.
Gentlemen: No tank tops. 

Cancellation Policy

If racing is cancelled, for any reason, after five (5) races have been run there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
