Race 7

In the 7^th race at Belmont at the Big A on 10/26/2024, there was a Stewards inquiry involving the #5 My Buddy B, who finished first, and #6 Runninsonofagun, who finished 2nd. The incident occurred during the stretch run. After reviewing the replay and questioning the riders involved, the Stewards determined that #5 My Buddy B, is angled out making contact with #6 Runninsonofagun knocking him off stride. #6 Runninsonofagun recovered from the incident and finished 2^nd behind #5 My Buddy B by a nose margin. The Stewards are satisfied that the incident cost the #6 Runninsonofagun the opportunity at a better placing and as a result the #5 My Buddy B was disqualified from 1^st and placed 2^nd behind #6 Runninsonofagun. The order of finish is 6-5-3-1.
