In the 9th race at Aqueduct on 11/09/2024 there was a Stewards inquiry involving the #5 Limited Liability, who finished second, and #9 Rebel Red(GB), who finished 3rd. The incident occurred mid-stretch. After reviewing the replay and questioning the riders involved, Stewards determined that both #5 Limited Liability, and #9 Rebel Red(GB), make mutual contact during the stretch run. The Stewards were satisfied that this incident did not affect the outcome of the race and as a result there was no change to the order of finish. The order of finish is 2-5-9-3.
