Jockeys objection #1 Lady Bergen (Jose Lezcano) against #11 Discreet Image (Paco Lopez) for alleged interference in deep stretch. The Tote Board and Video System went down just as the last horse loaded into the starting gate. Due to no video coverage available the stewards determined that no action be taken. Order of finish 11-10-1-8.

Race 8

Stewards inquiry into the stretch run of the 8th race. The #13 Bullheaded Boy (Luis Ocasio) approaching the ¼ pole appears to clip heels and unseat the rider. After reviewing the video the stewards determine it did not alter the finish and the race is official as is. 5-3-11-9.
