In the 6th race on 1/11/2025 there was a Stewards inquiry involving #1 Frizzante who was the unofficial winner and #4 Strapped who finished 2nd. There was also a Trainers Objection. Rudy Rodriguez Trainer of #4 Strapped logged an objection against #1 Frizzante. The incident occurred during the stretch run. After reviewing the replay and questioning the riders involved, the Stewards determined that #1 Frizzante is allowed to drift out several horse paths under left-handed encouragement intimidating the #4 Strapped, who was making his run, intimidating him off his running line. #4 Strapped finished 2nd behind #1 Frizzante by a nose margin. The Stewards are satisfied that the incident cost the #4 Strapped the opportunity at a better placing and as a result the #1Frizzante was disqualified from 1st and placed 2nd behind #4 Strapped. The order of finish is 4-1-7-2.
