Race 9

Steward inquiry regarding the start of the race. #1 He’s Cheeky (Irad Ortiz Jr.) stumbled badly leaving the starting gate unseating his rider. After viewing the video the stewards determined that no further action was warranted and declared the race official. Order of finish 13.11.7.12

Race 10

Jockeys Objection from the #6 Flatterywillgetyou (Jose Ortiz) for alleged interference leaving the gate from the # 8 Court Dancer (Angel Arroyo).The #8 leaves the gate sharply then shifts in slightly while the #6 breaks slowly from the gate. After reviewing the video and speaking to the riders involved the claim of foul is disallowed. The race is official as is 8-6-2-4
