In the 3^rd race at Aqueduct there was a Stewards Inquiry involving the #3 Good Skate and the #2 Leading Contender for interference in the stretch run. After reviewing the film and questioning the jockeys involved the Stewards where of the opinion that #3 Good Skate drifts out interfering multiple times with the #2 Leading Contender during the stretch run who continued to run strong and satisfy the Board of Stewards that this incident may have cost him the opportunity at a better placing. As a result, the #3 Good Skate was disqualified and placed 3^rd behind the #2 Leading Contender. Official Order of finish is 1-2-3-5.
