Race 2 - Stewards’ inquiry and jockey’s objection. Approaching the finish line the # 3 Gringotts (Benjamin Hernandez) drifts out in deep stretch as the # 5 Lottie’s Mizzion (Trevor McCarthy) drifts out with him. After reviewing the video and speaking to the riders involved it is the Stewards’ opinion that incident did not alter the outcome of the race . The order of finish remains 3-5-6-2.
Race 3 - Stewards’ inquiry and jockey’s objection. In the vicinity of the 1/8th pole, the # 4 Giramonte (Trevor McCarthy) comes out as #11 Me ‘n Sap (Jose Ortiz) is coming in and they bump. After reviewing the video and speaking to the riders involved it is the Stewards’ opinion the incident did not affect the outcome of the race. The race was made official with the order of finish 5-4-11-3.
Race 6 - Stewards’ inquiry and jockey’s objection. In the vicinity of the 1/16th pole, the # 1 Continuation (Michael Luzzi) drifts out directly in front of the # 4 Savoy (Manuel Franco) causing him to take up sharply as the latter is advancing with #7 Ajhar (Luis Cardenas). After reviewing the video and speaking to the riders involved it is the Stewards’ opinion that incident affected the outcome of the race. The #1 was disqualified from second and placed behind the #4. The race was made official with the new order of finish 7-5-4-1.
