Storied Darby Dan Farm has been churning out some of racing’s best since 1935. Under the leadership of the Phillips family dating back to 1988, they have found particular success with grass fillies in the care of trainer James Toner. One of their finest was Wonder Again. The full sister to Japanese champion Grass Wonder won the Noble Damsel (G3), New York (G2), and Garden City (G1) at Belmont Park, home of her namesake race. She was also victorious in Saratoga’s Lake Placid (G2) and Diana (G1).
