Lyon, a native of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., discusses how growing up in the shadow of Saratoga Race Course ignited his love for horse racing and inspired his first steps into horse ownership via syndicates West Point Thoroughbreds and Little Red Feather Racing. In 2018, he formed Blue Lion Thoroughbreds, who are the majority owner of Grade 3 Gotham-winner Morello, the possible favorite for the upcoming Grade 2, $750,000 Wood Memorial presented by Resorts World Casino.
