Racing / Safety Info Alerts is a standard rated text message alert service providing The New York Racing Association, Inc.’s (“NYRA’s”) customers / horsemen / employees (“you”) the ability to opt-in to receive SMS & MMS messages related to racing / safety (the “Service”).
- Customer can text NYRA to the short code 80925 to receive Pick 6 carryovers, live racing cancellations, ticket offers, and promotional information. This information will also be available on NYRA’s website (NYRA.com).
- Horsemen can text NYRARACING to the short code 80925 to receive entries related information.
- Employees can text SAFETY to the short code 80925 to receive safety related information.
User Opt-Out
To Opt-Out (discontinue service), text "STOP" to "80925" from your mobile device. You will not receive any additional messages.
Mobile User Fees
NYRA does not charge users fees to send or receive text messages. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Mobile Warranty
NYRA will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages or any undelivered messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
